Day 1: Ashgabat
Welcome the Turkmenistan legend: Tour 7! Upon arrival to the airport you will be met and transferred to the capital of Turkmenistan. In course of the tour you will drive to the horse farm to see the pride of Turkmen people the famous breed of horse- Akhal-Teke. In addition you will have traditional tea break, short Akhal-Teke horse show program and can see the racks of horses. Later on you will have evening city tour to see many interesting sights of the city. Night will be in a hotel.
Day 2: Ashgabat - Dashoguz - Darwaza
Today you will have a morning flight to Dashoguz. Upon arrival you will head on to the famous Kunya-Urgench where you will see such prominent sights as Nejameddin Kubra Mausoleum, Sultan Ali Mausoleum, TurabegKhanym complex, Sayid Ahmed Mausoleum, Gutlug Timur Minaret, Sultan Tekesh Mausoleum, II-Arslan Mausoleum, Mamun II Minaret. After it you will be transferred to the attraction that is popular in tours to Turkmenistan, Darwaza gas crater. You will find this significant and mysterious sight to the North of Ashgabat. In addition you will have a break in the village where you will see the traditional lifestyle of Turkmen people. While in the evening you will be mesmerized by the fascinating view of the gas crater. Overnight is in the tent.
Day 3: Darwaza - Ashgabat
In the morning you will head on to the capital of Turkmenistan and then to the Bahardok village where you will be able to see the famous attraction in tours, the "Old Nisa". This site is also known as the Sanctuary of Parhian Kings that is part of UNESCO World Heritage Site. After it you will visit "Gypjak" Mosque and Mausoleum of the late President of Turkmenistan as well as the State Museum of History. This museum stores ancient artifacts that from settlements of Nisa, Merv and Gonurdepe, collection of vintage Turkmen carpets, rare examples of national clothing, jewelries, and antique weapons. While exploring this site you will see that 9 halls display figurines of Athens, Eros, silver gilded griffin, horn-shaped ivory vessels-rhytons of the Parthian era, gold jewelries, medallions-stamps from Margiana and Buddhist artifacts. Moreover you will see fossilized piece of wood of the Paleozoic period, aged 270,000,000, dinosaurs' footprints, an 820-kg meteorite fallen in Kunya-Urgench in 1998 and many others. Night will be in a hotel.
Day 4: Ashgabat - Mary
In course of the Turkmenistan legend: Tour 7 you will be transferred to Mary city where on the way you will have a stop to visit Seyitjemaleddin Mosque, and Abiverd historical place. Upon arrival to Mary you will explore Merv where you will visit such significant sights as Gyz Gala and Oğlanqala., askhabs complex, Gyaur-Gala, Gala-Erk, Soltan Gala, Sultan Sanjar mausoleum, IbnZeid Mausoleum. Later on you will have a train to Ashgabat. Night will be in a train.
Day 5: Mary - Ashgabat - Turkmenbashi
In the morning you will have another train that will go to Turkmenbashi. Upon arrival you will be transferred to the hotel for rest and overnight.
Day 6: Turkmenbashi - Avaza
Today you will have a morning drive to Avaza. Upon arrival you will have an opportunity to enjoy your time on the shores of the Caspian Sea. Later on you will have short sightseeing tour in Avaza. This place is famous due to being the free economic touristic zone with decades of luxurious hotels, resorts and health clubs. Overnight is in the hotel.
Day 7: Avaza - Turkmenbashi - Ashgabat
In course of the travel you will have time to rest on the shore of the Caspian Sea. After it you will have domestic flight to Ashgabat. After arrive evening tour in Ashgabat. Night will be in a hotel.
Day 8: Flight
Transfer to Ashgabat International airport.
