Day 1: Tashkent
The first day of the tour along Silk Road of present days is devoted to investigation of Tashkent, the city of Uzbekistan and one of the most peculiar locations of our century. The history of the city tells it was created with the intense for the people to live happy life. The main square of Independence was erected in the times of WW2. The guests of Uzbekistan are able to become the witness local Broadway, Amir Timur square. The old city is presented by Chorsu Bazaar, Kukaldash Madrasah and Hast Imam complex. Also, here the oldest Quran, the copy of it was the exhibit here. The night is in the hotel.
Day 2: Tashkent - Urgench - Khiva
Today we are going to get in touch with the locals of Urgench and Khiva. The investigation of the old city will be made today, and the visitants will be able to see ancient palaces, mosques, religious schools and monuments of Uzbekistan. Mainly the city of Ichan-Qala was created with 400 architectural elements, in 1969. Being here you are required to travel along Kunya-Ark fortress, of the 17th century. After the day of witnessing exhibitions, the night will be organized in the hotel.
Day 3: Khiva - Bukhara
As in continuation of the tour, we take a way to Bukhara. The city is known to be created with more than 140 monuments, creating the "town museum". All of the streets, the monuments and buildings were created for the locals to be pleased with the life here. In the time of the journey you will be able to see the beauty of green parks and gardens. Various historical epochs are depicted on the walls of the monuments. Then goes the investigation of the Kizilkum desert, set on the Amu Darya river. The night will be ordered in the hotel.
Day 4: Bukhara
Bukhara is famous for being the brilliant city, well-known and rich in the views of history and traditions. All along the tour the visitants make a visit of the city, erected in the 4th century, named as Citadel Ark. Also it shows the times of dynasties of Bukhara Empire. The following locations will be in the list of the program - Samanids mausoleum, Chashma Ayub. Then it is possible to wander along shopping sites, with madrasahs of Bukhara and Lyabi House Ensemble. We recommend seeing Poi Kalon complex, with the creation dating back to 12-16th century. The night will be in the hotel.
Day 5: Bukhara - Samarkand
In the middle of the tour, the guests travel to Samarkand, passing the valley of the river Zerafshan. This city resembles the city of Babylon or Rome. As during the trip, the guests are able to wander along the sites of Registan square, Shakhi-Zindeh, Mausoleum Guri Emir and Bibi Khanum Mosque. With the first location to be of Madrasahs dating back to 15-17th centuries. This architectural buildings show the beauty and magic. The other striking location is Shakhi-Zindeh, with the Bibi Khanum Mosque being the of a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The night will be in the hotel.
Day 6: Samarkand - Jartepo
The way to Jartepo border is made along Penjakent, known as the 5 villages area. The area is picturesque and seems to be one of the most beautiful cultural sites of Sogd. It dates back to 5-8th century. The locals name it as the "Central Asian Pompeii". The remarkable building is seen from the point of view of statues of gods and numerous cities. For now the tourists are able to travel and witness the cidatel, the palace and the markets. The night will be in the hotel.
Day 7: Penjakent - Dushanbe
Today we are going to make a way to Dushanbe, the city of Tajikistan. We pass the Shahriston pass, of 3378m above sea level. The following places are in the list of the program, to be visited - Rudake Park, National library, White House, National state seal, and House of parliament. The national park is the perfect site for all to immerse in the life of the country, of Tajikistan. Then we are going to see Central Museum and Asian bazar. Right here the traditional life of the people of Tajikistan can be investigated. The night will be in the hotel.
Day 8: Dushanbe - Khoburubot - Kalai Khum
During the Silk Road tour, passing the Khoburubot Pass of 3252m above sea level, everyone gets to Kalai Khum village. The pass is also known as the Western Pamir Tract. All along the way you are free to immerse in the life of the local people, the life of the locals in the villages or in the open air. The road of the tour is made along the river valley, where the stop for photos can be made. The people here are very hospitable, love and respect their traditions and customs. Attractive elements of history and nature can be captured here. Ethnic sites are the main locations to be seen by all of the tourists. The night will be in the hotel.
Day 9: Kalai Khum - Khorog
In order to get to Khorog, you are better to be the part of the program, passing one of the smallest places of Tajikistan. Being here we visit rocky mountains and pristine lakes. Note the brilliant and astonishing Pamir mountains, where the people live the life of their ancestors. The people here are with blond hair, blue eyes. The mountains of Pamir are the highest ones in the globe. The dinner will be organized in one of the restaurants but the night will be in the guest house.
Day 10: Khorog - Yashil Kul Lake - Bulunkul Lake - Murgab
This day will be going along the picturesque natural locations, presented as Yashil Kul and Bulunkul (Blue lakes). The lakes are located at the height pf 3700m above sea level, with taking the location in the Murghab district. Truly the names of the lake depict their essence. The second lake of the day is identified as the blue lake, being of dark and violet. Lots of fish grows here. Also, the territory is the home for yaks and other animals breeding. Try meat and milk products, truly natural ones! The night will be in the guest house when we pass the Koitezak pass of 4271m above sea level.
Day 11: Murgab - Karakul Lake - Kyrgyz border - Osh
Going along the Pamir Tract, the visitant travel at the height of 3815m above sea level to the picturesque lake Karakul. The Black Lake is identified as the location to get to which it is recommended to go along the Ak Baital pass (4 655 m). Karakul Lake is said to be the highest one in all over the globe. Here, fauna and flora are rich, with various species. Various small creeks find the existence at the height of 3500 or 4000m above sea level. The night will be in the hotel, as we travel to Kyrgyzstan today.
Day 12: Osh - Bishkek
The south of Kyrgyzstan, the site of Silk Road is remarkable for the Osh city and the Suleiman Mountain being located there. In the very center of the city this mountain is located and it bears the great meaning for pilgrimages of the Muslim world. The history tells the prophet was here, and all along the tour the guides will inform about various kinds of legends and myths. The day ends with the flight to the capital of Kyrgyzstan Bishkek, and the night in the hotel.
Day 13: Bishkek - Almaty
All the half of the day in Bishkek will be going along picturesque sites as Pobeda Square (Victory Square), Duboviy Park (Oak Park), Central Ala-Too Square, the National Arts Museum, National Philharmonic. These are the perfect places for seeing the history of the past. Then, we start for Kazakhstan and find ourselves in the southern capital Almaty. Here we travel along Panfilov's alley, Arba and TSUM. These are the shopping malls needed to be visited by the boarders. The night will be in the hotel after you have bought all the souvenirs for your close people.
Day 14: Almaty
The entire day is devoted to Almaty. Here we can find the majority of attractions. First of all it is required to visit the Green Bazaar, as the site where lots of various goods can be bought for lower prices in case of bargaining. Then we take a view of Zenkov Cathedral Memorial of Glory and Eternal Flame. Medeo gorge is presented as the skating rink of world fame, and the Kok Tobe hill is a perfect panorama site. All the sites bear the certain meaning, for all to be able to immerse in history, in customs connected with legends and myths. The Kok Tobe park is said to be created in the view of a park with paths for walking and admiring the views. Also, souvenirs can be bought here. The day ends with the night in the hotel.
Day 15: Almaty - Issyk lake - Almaty
Kazakhstan is also famous as the Silk Road tour location, for the Kuldja tract, as the tour way to witness the monuments of the Saka period. Also, the monument of "Golden Man" is located here. The guests are able to investigate the city by visiting the State Historical and Cultural Museum-Reserve "ISSYK". All the way is made along 1756m above sea level. Here we try not to miss the lake Issyk, being created about 10000 years ago. The lake was created in the result of an earthquake. Here in the museum elements, weapons are saved. Then goes transfer to the hotel of Kazakhstan.
